Investors who provide financing for SPY will initially receive 50% of the revenue distributions of the film.
The SPY Production Team (including Producers, Directors, Cast, Crew, Advertisers, Service Providers and Sponsors) and the Web Team will receive a 50% Revenue Participation in the film for five years from date of first sale. Specifically, they will receive 50% of all available distributions (divided among the Team members, by formula), and as outlined in their Contracts for five years, and investors will receive 50% of distributions.
This is a new and unique budgetary concept, which we call FilmShares^SM.
