Q. What are FilmShares^SM?
A. FilmShares^SM represent an ownership interest in the revenue of a film for a five year period and are allocated to the film's Production Team.

The FilmShares^SM program, a unique way to finance a film, allows ShootingDV filmmakers to recruit some of the best production talent (actors, directors, cast, crew, writers, editors, etc.) the independent film world has to offer.

Each Production Team member contributes their time and talent in their respective area of expertise and, in so doing, become "investors" in the ShootingDV film project. They stand to gain more experience and more exposure, and may reap greater financial benefits because they will participate in the film's revenue for a period of five years along with cash investors.

Here's how FilmSharesSM work during the first five years of sales:
